Enhanced Access

The contract for the extended service has been awarded Camden Health Partners (CHP) with the service due to start 1st July 2026. There will be continued provision of the service with the current provider, continuing to deliver until 30th June 2026 so there will be no gap in the service.

There will be no reduction in appointments or changes in ways that you access appointments as a result of this process.

You will continue to be able to access evening, weekend or bank holiday appointments by:

  • Calling or visiting your GP practice during opening hours, 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Calling 0207 428 5730 between 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 8pm Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays
  • The service will be delivered from two hubs: Brondesbury Medical Centre (Monday to Saturday) and Regents Park Practice (Monday to Sunday)

Urgent But Not Life Threatening

If you need to see a doctor urgently when the surgery is closed please phone the surgery on 0207 387 6306 and follow the instructions

If you need urgent medical attention between 6:30pm to 8:00am Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays you will need to contact London Central and West (LCW) on 03000339978. On Bank Holidays please call 111.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Non-urgent

Use NHS 111 if:

  • You need help now, but it's not an emergency

There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.

Please call 111 or visit NHS 111 Online
