How to Make and Cancel an Appointment

This is the most efficient way to contact your practice about your problem. The econsultations are assessed by a clinician daily and triaged to the most appropriate appointment. Administration queries are also best dealt with this way. You can contact us by clicking below and filling out a short form.

If you are unable to use econsultations or feel you have a medical emergency please contact the practice on 0207 387 6306.

If you would like to, you can also access your health records and order repeat prescriptions via the app. You must create an NHS account on the app to be able to access these services.

Extended Access Appointments (GP Hub)

Due to changes in our daily lifestyles a late evening and weekend clinic has been established for Camden to help tackle this. There are currently four locations where a patient can go to have an appointment:

The Camden GP Hubs provide local patients with seven day access to pre-bookable and same-day GP appointments at accessible local locations. The service fulfils the national requirement to ensure patients have access to a GP from 8am-8pm, seven days a week and meets expectations in The Strategic Commissioning Framework, the GP Five-Year Forward View and the North Central London Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP).

Appointments will be available to all Camden residents, and those registered with a Camden GP, at four practice hubs:

  • Brondesbury Medical Centre, NW6 7JQ: Monday to Friday, 6.30-8pm and Saturday, 8am-8pm.
  • Somers Town Medical Centre, NW1 1HY: Monday to Friday, 6.30-8pm and Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, 8am-8pm.
